Thank you so very much. I was setting the printer up an hour ago, downloaded the app, and couldn't connect. Did a Google search and your video was on the first page. There's absolutely no mention of simultaneously pressing the cancel and wifi buttons anywhere, either on the app or what scant paperwork came in the box. After doing that, I had no more issues. You are a lifesaver, and I thank you again

Thank you for this! I also had issues setting up. The included instructions (and instructions in the HP Smart App) for connecting to WiFi did not work. Pressing and holding the "cancel button" and "wireless button" did the trick and finally allowed me to connect the printer to my WiFi.

I hate this printer. I barely had it for not even two months and I’m already having so much issues with it 😡It’s annoying because I keep having to reinstall it and it takes forever! Will be calling HP to switch it for a different printer or get my money back since I have a two year warranty on it
