Bananas mainly for potassium and magnesium, but yes, kiwis to me are one of the best options for vitamin C. I don't know about figs for that matter, but they seen to be promising for calcium at least.

Does C always ge destroyed by cooking, in all foods? Have heard it about citrus, but must cook Broccoli, tomatoes and apples (for Yin-Yang reasons)
