South Korean Prime Minister Kim Boo-kyum has announced that strict social-distancing measures will be reinstated in Seoul for two weeks starting on July 12, 2021. Measures have been tightening as the country grapples with a new coronavirus wave. South Korea recorded 1,316 Covid-19 cases on July 9, its highest number of new cases in a single day.

Restrictions after 6pm won't solve it. Bigger issue is how the government is going to deal with tens of thousands of people communting to and from work using public transportations and hundreds if not thousands of people using elevators at their office buildings or during lunch hrs. Government is too focused on restricting people's freedoms after clocking out from work.
