Zentangle Project Pack No. 13 - Day 06

Welcome to Zentangle Project Pack No. 13!

Tangle along with Maria as she and Rick guide you through the sixth video in this series. We recommend watching the introduction video to this series first, but the rest of the videos can be watched in any order.

If we have learned anything in 2020, it is that times of transition challenge us, make us stronger and create beautiful seams in the space between what was and what will be. As we embrace all stages of our journey, one might also notice that our lives are not linear, but rather filled with overlapping layers of experiences that are constantly changing and morphing.

For Zentangle Project Pack No. 13 we will bring this idea to our Zentangle practice as we focus on working in overlapping layers. We will create beautiful transitions between tangles and the compositions on our tiles. We will introduce some exciting new tools and explore some fun techniques.

This is gorgeous and so inspiring! The way you drew Mooka reminds me a lot of drawing the tangle Hollis. I love the way the initial background plays with the drawing. Definitely my favorite lesson in this series to date.

I have recently begun watching these videos and have truly enjoyed them. I am not artistically talented but decided to send a package to my son and did my first attempt of tangling on the outside brown paper wrapping. Thank you for sharing your work, it is awesome.
Would be happy to share what I did but am unable to figure out how to do that. Ah, got it, have posted to Instagram.
