The basics to revolutionize your meetings with Board | Klaxoon Vlog

Welcome to this Klaxoon tutorial for beginners!

In this video, we will see some basic elements to help animate your meetings / team syncs and how to coordinate a project follow-up on your Klaxoon Board. What is a Klaxoon Board?
The Klaxoon Board is an infinite digital whitespace on which your whole team can participate. With the help of visual elements, all ideas and objectives are easily accessible. Everyone can add ideas and access them whenever they want. By simply clicking on "+" at the bottom of your workspace, you will add a new idea, a new image, an external link or even a drawing.

How to get organized?
You can change the color of your ideas or classify them according to their categories. It is also possible to arrange them in a frame or a circle to distinguish them. Feel free to use connectors as well. For a more efficient graphic display, you can even use the patterns from the toolbar.

Furthermore, Klaxoon has its own video conferencing system, “LIVE”, which is integrated directly inside Board and allows for a quick launch of your meetings. Finally, to help you make decisions instantly during yor meetings, you can use the Question activity and have it directly linked to an idea.
