I worked at GameStop when the NES SP came out, and hearing that standee play the 3 sounds brought me right back to standing behind the counter while people pressed that button all day!

Sick, Japan has a chain of toy/figure stores called Volks that have the same idea - people renting out cabinets in the shop to sell their collections. Really cool!
