Hi,

I was wondering if there a integration with for example Microsoft Navision. For example, if a empleyoo asks the chatbot about his days off. Can the chatbot extract that data from Navision or something?

Can someone explain to me what does the engaged and unengaged session mean?? I've read some articles but it's not clear yet. For example, my chat bot says that from 9 session, 7 were unengaged. Also says that the engagement rate is at 83%. I have to provide an explanation to my boss! Any comment will be appreciated!

Have created chatbot for teams where I have kept multiple option, could you please let me know how to set up flow that, if someone wants to jump up from one topic to other.

For example : if there are 5 options, user has chosen 5th one, and now he clicks on 1st option.

The issue which I am facing is you can't jump from one topic to another

Hmm, after I Create a Flow, and save the new flow, it doesn't show up in the "Call an action" still, even though I just created it... hmm
