Показать описание
There are tens of thousands of overcurrent relays in service and a large portion of these are legacy electromechanical relays. All relays need periodic inspection and testing to confirm they are still protecting the power system as designed. Megger’s family of SMRT relay test products makes these tasks simple and easy to test and trend results. This video will walk you through each step of testing an overcurrent relay.

Overcurrent relays come in a wide variety of designs ranging from 100+ year-old electromechanical designs which may pre-date the use magnetics to control the disc to the most modern microprocessor design tripping breakers with IEC61850 GOOSE messages. No matter your need Megger’s family of SMRT relay test sets along with the included RTMS software can test your relay. This video will lead you through setting for and executing tests on an instantaneous overcurrent relay as well as inverse time overcurrent pickup and timing tests.

Megger’s RTMS Relay Test Management Software provides the tools you need to create a full body relay settings page regardless of the complexity of your relay. It includes a tool to directly download settings from Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) relays over serial and other relays which support relay settings over Modbus, such as most GE Multilin relays. You may also import several setting file types including XRIO, TEAX, ERL L-Pro, ERL T-Pro and generic CSV files. Overcurrent relays, overvoltage relays, undervoltage relays and all differential relay test features can be added to the test report with the push of a button. Other test features such as Ramping and the Sequencer will add all settings to the test report automatically. Whether you test relays for the company you work for or you are a test engineer contractor, Megger’s RTMS software helps you ensure test records are complete and accurate.

Megger’s family of SMRT relay test sets including the SMRT1, SMRT2, SMRT33, SMRT43, SMRT43D, SMRT46, SMRT46D, SMRT410, SMRT410D, SMRT2, SMRT2D, SMRT36, SMRT36D, and MPRT, along with the Megger RTMS Relay Test Management Software, provide all the tools you need to test all types of protection relays.
