HepvO is big improvement over traditional RV P-trap

Have this in my sink and constantly having trouble with it getting it’s stuck and not letting any water flow. Open it up and cleaned it and still having the same issue. Any recommendations?

Game changer. I just bought one of these. I’m gonna use it for the plumbing when I install my urine diverter on my composting toilet.

This is installed in the shower of a winnebago 24v. Didn't know I had one installed until I used the shower after winterizing and the shower tray was filling with water. After further analysis, turns out, the RV antifreeze was sticky to this drain and stuck the inside membranes together. I no longer pour the RV antifreeze down the shower drain and all is good.

What happens in a coupleof years when the membrane embrittles? How bout when bacterial growth glues the sides of the membrane flaps together?

what about hair and soapy residue building up on the membrane thereby letting gas escape? isn't the p-trap for the shower located under the subfloor of the travel trailer/fifth wheel?

But if you use your sinks and shower regularly wouldn't you have water in your trap?
