I follow 2 cooking channels. You & Sam the cooking guy. Love yours, Scottish cooking. My favorite is Toad in a Hole. Once in Dover while waiting for the hovercraft, I ate in the cafe there. A plate size Yorkshire pudding, filled with mashed potatoes, 2 sausages & gravy. It was wonderful. I just can't get good sausages in the US like in the UK. Sam cussed a lot, but invents strange & creative items.
