Chinese MagLev trains pass at 700 km/hour.

As far as I know, the current relative passing speed record belongs to Japan's maglevs MLX01: 1,026 km/h (638 mph) in November 2004. Since then no other passing speed record breaking tests maglev+maglev were done.

I took this train in Shanghai. The sound the train made when arriving to the station was absolutely epic, a deep permeating humming sound. Still one of my favorite sounds I've ever heard.

Our trains in Canada run in max 60-80km/h. And there’s an option to take the train from Vancouver to Toronto (4, 465 km) and it takes about a week lol. But the views are pretty amazing.

It looked like a very short train. then I did the maths. took about 0.67 seconds. 700km/h = about 130 meters. that's insane 😂

I've been on a similar, but a slower, train in Italy. They pass in the blink of an eye, but when you see one while standing still they're half a mile long. It's amazing

The Shanghai Maglev is the fastest commercial train in the world with an incredible top speed of 431km/h (238 mph) since 2004 is safe and have zero accidents

You should watch at the speed of 0.25 x. Still the speed of train is more than fastest Indian train.
