There may be other companies entering the EV market, but they don't have the battery supply to produce them in high numbers. Outside China, Tesla will have the market almost to itself for a few years.

"Others coming in with great products...." Uh, who? I'd like to get an electric car, but I see no company with anything great. It's a stretch to call what they're offering or planning to offer "good."

To be great, you need more than just 200+ miles of range in a great car. You need a large charging network, and you need to produce in volume. Cars like the iPace could be great if they had the charging network and if the company actually planned on making large numbers of them, but that's not the case.
