hey corel video stduio i just wanna say thank to you.i want to say thank you because in more 30 days i finish my school and my teacher want to make a video that our class will never forget so i decided to do it.in the begining i don't realy know how to do it but than i found a saftware the name of the software was"corel video studio pro x7". before  i download the software i saw a lot of videos on youtube that interview the software and after i saw all the videos i decided to download corel video studio pro x7.so after i download the software i start to edit video and after i finish to edit the video our class go to the computer room of our school and saw the video and the feeling was so wonderfall because i saw that they realy watch the video and once a year thay are realy intresting something and after they saw the video they yelling my name and this is was a winderfall feeling.so thank you corel video studio.

I can't even open my x7 ultimate ! It never installed from the download, then i bought the box version....that too would not install. I waited a week for Corel support to help with the problem. Finally, support did get it installed, but ended the session BEFORE checking to see if it worked properly. It DOES NOT ! At some point, it did open, but i get windows has stopped working. So, back to support & after sending the info. they requested, i was told it may be a software issue & it will take "some time" before a solution may be reached. Over 3 weeks & still non operational  How long does it take to get to the center of tootsie pop

It is not usable software first it would not see MOV files I had to make everything AV files for it to even see the video now it won't render. Every video it protected even though they came off my camera. This all happened after warrantte  ran out a whopping 30 days after purchase.. Yep!  I have had every copy of video studio beginning with 3 this one truly suffers  and now they expect me to pay for help. go see how easy they made it to contact them without money NOT POSSIBLE. Corel you should duck your head on this one.
