This guy is absolutely right. I lived in Arizona and he is one of the few not dragging that great state down. Arizona is being overrun with people fleeing California but not smart enough to realize why they left California.

On a serious note though, I love just watching him through this speech, the amount of frustration spilling out in his speech with a relatively calm tone of voice. pounding his podium and hoping in place. He's hurting over the inefficiency and financial dancing within the government itself.
