In today's gear review you get to hear about the rangefinder that I have used since TAC this year (July). I have put this thing through freezing temps, rain, hail, fog, heat, etc. I am stoked to bring you this review after a full season of use and why I have chosen this to be my rangefinder going forward.

I was at a 3D shoot today and it was my first ever event. I quickly realized my $50 range finder isn't going to cut it. There were 3 targets i just had to guess the range because mine was reading 5 yards and it was obvious 30-35. I learned a lot about my equipment today and the three items I have to upgrade are my range finder, bow stand and hip quiver. Ill be prepared next time. Thank you for this podcast. It failed in light fog this weekend in Alabama at the ASA shoot but the other brands didn't

Question- this device supposedly has three modes: Standard, Brush, and Target mode. When looking through the view finder in Standard Mode, is the picture of a bow suppose to be showing?

What about wet and damp conditions? These come to find out are not waterproof and barely weather resistance?

Question and comment here ... Why would anyone but from a (Bushnell) brand that currently has an F rating according to the BBB for screwing over their customers not wanting to honor their warranty? Their parent company Vista Outdoors also has an F rating according to the BBB. Why would anyone want to buy any rangefinder that only have a limited one year warranty? Bushnell has a one year warranty on their electronics such as rangefinders, red dot sights, illuminated reticles in their scopes, night vision, thermal vision, trail cams etc... They may state they have an Ironclad lifetime warranty but it's an outright lie since they're only one year and lifetime warranty isn't a real lifetime warranty unlike Vortex, Burris, Athlon, Primary Arms, Maven who offer real lifetime warranties including their electronics.
