the Jade sounds like it benefits from the accoustic resonance of the keycap whilst actuating unlike the other switches

I have at Kailh test kit with: box white, box jade, box pale blue, box navy. Of these it's a difficult choice between the White, Pale Blue and Jade. Here's how I'd characterize the keypresses of these (these four switches are all clicky).

The box navy is noticeably hardest to press, and the box white is noticeably easiest to press. The white is almost too easy to press and the reason I say this is that it doesn't have much force coming back up, which means that if my finger is resting even a tiny bit on the white key then the key may not come up past the click - it's really light to my tough and while I like it on the downpress I have concerns that I may have issues with it on the upstroke. The jade feels like it takes slightly less effort than the navy but with the jade there's this weird almost like sticky resistance on the downstroke right before the click, and because of this stickiness I find myself pressing the jade a tad harder which means I almost always bottom out when I press that key, which isn't good. The white and pale blue to me feel the best despite the lightness of the white's upstroke and it's a really tough call between them. I can feel the click on the pale blue on the dowstroke better than I can with the white. With both the white and the pale blue I rarely bottom-out with any force because on the white it doesn't take much effort in the first place to keydown (but that means I might not keyup all the way if my finger is lazy) and on the pale blue because it isn't "sticky" on the way down at all but also has more resistance than the white this means I also almost never bottom-out with any force on the pale-blue and on the pale blue there's also never any uncertainty in my fingers over whether I've fully key-up'd on the way back up. I do like the jade but I think the contents for me is down to the pale blue and the white and it's a tough call. I do really like how light the white is and on the keydown I like that more than the pale blue, but I like the pale blue's key-up more. The pale blue definitely has a better click both audibly and haptically I think than the white - the pale blue's click is lower tone too than the white which I think would overall make the keyboard with pale blue slightly lower noise. Wish I had two keyboards with entirely white and entirely pale blue to compare. Would really help me to understand if the lightness of the white is an issue with the entire hand invovled.

Navy is the loudest one. Jades are nice sounding, but way too heavy...
