Good tip Austin. Don’t forget guys to lower your body fat. You can chew a rope all day but if you 30% body fat you won’t see your jawline

Man stop the cap and give the exercises from the video you deleted.. I started doing THOSE types of exercises coupled with maintaining a low body fat percentage. My jawline looks like Batmans shit right about now... Why did you even delete that video man.. it was pure Gold

As a hockey player, these are actually kinda like functional exercises because I used to get an injured jaw a ton because of rogue shoulders and elbows

I personally recommend doing jawline exercises using progressive overload 2-3x per week for 5-10 mins depending on your progress - it works wonders if you train your jaw muscles intensely enough (been doing it exactly for a year now). I obviously agree with the rest.

Genetics and early treatment. If you're under 18 you still have hope with mewing and orthodontics. But beyond that it's weight management, beard or surgery (which some may legitimately need if bad orthodontics are the culprit).

There is some truth to this. A jawline helps particularly if you don't want a beard. Beards hide jawlines.

Tongue tie can affect the jawline. The tongue encourages the jaw to grow outward and develop a full arch, while the cheeks push inward to limit the development of the arch. When the tongue is tied down, it cannot move properly, which can lead to a smaller mouth, jaw, and palate.
I got ripped and my jawline was still horrible and nonexistent because I have a tongue tie

Not just eating harder foods, but he's right. Actually taking the time to chew your food strengthens your jaw, and plus it gives you time to actually enjoy your meal. It's a good habit you should get into.

I’ve been chewing gum every other day consistently since May of 2018. It’s made a world of difference, increased my bigonial width, given me a Chad jawline and increased my facial width. It even helped my teeth get straighter and reduced my type III dental malocclusion aka, underbite. 😂
