This year’s playoffs had so much craziness to it, the most chaos I’ve ever seen. Now granted Denver won as a 1 seed but even so, I think them winning their first title ever in a sense was the icing on the cake to the chaos that happened in the 2023 NBA playoffs. An 8 seed and a 7 seed in the conference finals, an 8th seed making the Finals (2nd time that’s ever happened), the Sacramento Kings being in the playoffs for the first time in 17 years (all the while giving the Warriors a run for their money) and the Boston Celtics being the 4th team ever (1st time in 20 years) forcing a Game 7 after being down 3-0. Of course we can’t forget the individual performances like Ja Morant dropping a 40 bomb with a bad hand, Stephen Curry dropping 50 in Game 7 in Sacramento, and Nikola Jokic having one of the best playoff runs of all time with the way he performed from start to finish. Most certainly 2023 will go as one of the best playoffs ever in NBA history. I’ve followed sports since 2003 and I can only think of two other years that can rival this year’s playoffs which are 2016 and 2019.

Insane the Bucks couldn’t get a shot off with 9 seconds left and even more insane Boston forced a game 7 at home only to get railroaded from beginning to end.

Watched game 7 at a bar in Boston and I’m so glad I didn’t spend money on tickets because wow that would’ve been a waste

Jimmy Butler was phenomenal all playoffs long but this game was rough. He started to come alive late but then he made the bad turnover and took the fading three pointer early in the clock. He was exhausted it seems.
