Jinhsi and Changli have been UPDATED and the devs have given us a sneak peek on some of the features that are coming with the 1.1 patch! I'll be going over all the changes to Jinhsi and Changli, as well as offering my input on their new kits and the upcoming features.

UPDATE: There's been another update to the characters in the last few hours

Jinhsi's S6 was nerfed - the multiplier per stack has been reduced from 71% to 45% - Still a strong sequence and now deals 5, 154.53% DMG instead of 6454.53%

Changli got some more changes:
Her S2 was changed from 30% Crit DMG to 25% Crit RATE which is a large buff overall.
The S5 buffed and the 50% ATK increase portion was changed to 50% DMG increase for her Flaming Sacrifice.
In addition, the damage on her True Sight - Capture (the ground variant) and her Flaming Sacrifice (enhanced heavy) were increased.
TS:Capture went from 334.99% to 409.4% which is about a 22% increase
Flaming Sacrifice went from 540.33% to 654.1% which is about a 21% increase, and the damage reduction was increased to 40% from 20%.
Finally, her Resonance Skill and Liberation can both be used Mid-air now.

The DMG increases are nice, and the QOL of being able to use her skill and ult midair is great as well. With the change to her S2, I think people planning to go for s2 should definitely consider getting her weapon since it'll allow you to go for crit dmg 4 cost and still have 70-80% crit rate


Here's to hoping for even more Changli buffs so I can justify skipping Jinhsi o/

thank god i found your vid. I was struggling to see jinhsi getting 40 incandescence stacks yet alone 50, im happy to see that they buffed her to get stacks by using coordinated attacks and now i can see how im able to use her so thank you :) (heres a sub).Btw how about yinlin? you did some calcs for hot dragon man but not yinlin. Is it basically the same stacks?

True Sight - Capture DMG: 67%*3 + 133.99% > 81.88%*3 + 163.76%
Resonance Liberation: Radiance of Fealty
Can be cast in mid-air
Forte Ciruit: Flaming Vow
When casting Flaming Vow, DMG Recieved is reduced by 20% > 40%
Flaming Vow DMG: 32.42%*5 + 378.23% > 39.25*5 + 457.85%
Resonance Chain
S2: [Enflamement] increases Changli's CRIT DMG by 30% > Crit. Rate by 25%, lasting for 8s.

They are fucking with their kits so much and considering kuro doesn't use variables in their descriptions (they really should) I'm scared for the translations, I really hope we won't witness another jiyan weapon drama

Would age of harvest be good on Calcaro Yinlin? Example, Yinlin rotation, intro Calcharo gain Yinlin Outro buff plus this weapons age of harvest use resonance liberation? Or does that resonance skill damage not count as skill damage?

I've seen 2 versions of the new Changli weapon. One with 12% Atk passive, and the other with 12% CritRate passive.
Hope it's the later... 🙃

There are rumors going around from leakers Changli might get buffed A LOT.

True Sight dmg up by like 70% total
E dmg up bu like 110% total
Forte dmg reduction buffed to 40%
S2 instead give crit rate
S5 gives more atk

Low key hoping everyone to be turned off by Jinhsi nerf so that I'm the only one that have her. Just pull for Changli guys.
PS: Even after nerf, her kit is mostly still broken, and the only one that got nerfed is her S6, which I won't ever have, the most I can have is her S3.
