How To Make Paneer At Home - Homemade Paneer | MadhurasRecipe Marathi

Paneer is all-time favorite. What if we can make this at home and use in our recipes? So here is the recipe how to make Paneer at home. Do try it and do not forget to like, comment, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
• 500 ml Whole milk
• 4 tsp Lemon juice
• 1 tsp Corn flour
Method:
• Heat up the milk a pan.
• When milk begins to boil, lower down the heat to medium.
• Add lemon juice. Mix well and continue heating.
• When paneer gets separated from milk and left over water begins
to turn greenish, turn off the gas.
• Take a strainer and spread a clean cloth on it.
• Put the strainer on a pot. Strain the paneer through the strainer.
• Lemon juice may give sourness to paneer. Wash paneer with
water really good.
• Bring paneer together and press it a little.
• Cover paneer with cloth and keep some weight on it.
• Keep it aside for about 30 minutes.
• Take the weight off and take out paneer into a dish.
• You can use this paneer for making dessert like ras malai or
kalakand.
• But if you want to use paneer for making sabzi, then add corn
flour and knead it really good.
• Take a dabba and spread a clean cloth in it.
• Transfer the kneaded paneer in that dabba and press it to give
shape of that dabba.
• Cover with cloth and keep weight on it.
• Let it rest for about 30 minutes.
• Take paneer out and cut it into pieces. Paneer is already.
Tips:
•The strained water contains lots of proteins. You can that water
for kneading dough. You also can use it for making kadhi.
