“He will break a half-century gap…” Indian Ambassador to Poland elated ahead of PM Modi’s visit

Indian Ambassador to Poland, Nagma Mohamed Mallick on August 20 shared her excitement about PM Narendra Modi’s visit to Poland, shared PM Modi’s detailed schedule during the visit and boasted about India-Poland growing relationship. She emphasized about how PM Modi is going to be the first Prime Minister to visit Poland nearly after half a century and how this visit play a significant role in India Poland dynamics. She further shared about the enthusiasm in the Indian diaspora about PM’s address on August 21 evening.
Speaking to ANI, Nagma Mohamed Mallick said, “The excitement is high as Prime Minister Modi chose to come to Poland and to break a nearly half a century gap… Another important part of India-Poland’s relationship is the openness of Polish people to our cultural and spiritual ethos. After arrival here tomorrow PM Modi will first visit to pay his homage to the three memorials and he will be the first prime minister to pay his respects at all these three memorials. He will begin by going to the memorial of the Jam Sahab. There are schools which are associated with his memory. Those schools are performing there. They are reciting the Jam Sahab's words to the children when he first met them... On the evening of the 21st, he will address the Indian community in Poland. It will be one of those rousing meetings, the community here is really excited about it, as we all are. The next day, he will have very wide-ranging talks with Poland leadership. He will meet with and talk in detail with Prime Minister Donald Tusk. They will both then address the media, and Prime Minister Tusk will host a luncheon for Prime Minister Modi and his delegation...”
