REC Alpha Pure Solar Panel Overview

I have a quote on the REC 395 Alpha Pure panels and Enphase IQ7+ invertors - I live in Kansas City, Missouri and the bid from Rising Sun Solar. They tell me that if IQ7+ are the ones recomended by REC to use with this panel. The clipping loose will not justifiy using the IQ7A because of cost. The bid is for a 26 panel 10.27 kW DC and 8.86 kW CEC rating with First year production of 14, 774 kWh AC. What are you thought on this combo? Should I press for the IQ7A? They are a REC certifided installer.

Do the REC Alpha Pure 400W modules come with the Enphase Energies IQ7A microinverters already attached or is that a separate operation?

Hello, what is your thought on the EnPhase IQ7+ has 295 VA Peak Output power, where as the panel is at 400 watts you will get clipping from using Enphase inverter? A lot of people are using SolarEdge Inverter and Optimizer instead? Thanks for the info.
