Easy to make keto hamburger buns are soft and tasty and are perfect for low carb, paleo, gluten free and sugar free diets and for diabetic diet needs. These buns do not use the fat head bread concept, so are more bread-like. Use them for either my Ultimate Keto Juicy Lucy Hamburger or the Ultimate Keto Burgers. There are an awful lot of eggs in the recipe. Does it not taste "eggy"? I've tried some Keto bread recipes, but all so far, have had an extremely "eggy" taste. So far I've wasted lots of money in trying to find the "perfect" Keto bread recipe...

Will the whole-husk psyllium
you use leave a bluish color to the inside after baked?

Thank you for sharing. I personally can't eat anything with psyllium husk in it. It beautiful to the touch but slimy in the mouth 🤢 it's also super filling. Blows up in my tummy 🤷. That's too bad because I'm also dairy free so my bread choices are limited. 😒
