With Universal Studios GB and the announcements here, it's been an exciting week to be a European theme park fan. Really looking forward to seeing all these changes for myself.

They should have made an UP ride similar to Peter Pan where you are held up by balloons

I wanted a Princess and the Frog themed flat ride instead of the UP flat ride!

A different UP ride should’ve been a perfect fit for Worlds of Pixar or Adventureland at the Disneyland Paris park!

I'm glad Tower of Terror is getting an extended indoor section of the queue. I remember being in Disneyland Paris at new year and it was almost -15 outside. Queuing in the snow wasn't so fun.

To say it's the first ride based on 'UP' is a bit of a stretch. It's an off-the-shelf chair swing ride with some balloons painted on it.

Lion King log flume ride looks basically like Splash Mountain themed to LK. Thank goodness they didn't go with a clone of Tiana's Bayou Adventure; I think it will be the best addition in its 33-year history.

Love to see all of these updates! I’m hopeful that more new rides and attractions will be added to Disneyland Park. It’s in desperate need of actual new rides. Given the announcement from Universal, Disney needs to start construction soon. I anticipate at least one new ride to be announced during Destination D23.

The “UP” reskin of “Mickey’s Silly Sympathy Swings” pretty much proves Disney Adventure World is the sister park of Disney California Adventure.

Disney seems to play it safe.
Frozen is a clone and the Lion King is a log flume. Also the flat rides seem to be more quantity than quality. The up ride is something that a small regional park would proudly present.
Disneys strategy seems to be to finish the second park. Therefore no risky experiments. The only interesting ride is the lion king one. Disney could just given us another Tiana Bayou adventure, but to experiment with different IPs for proven ride systems is something that Disney should do more.

All very excited. But why isn’t the Up ride located in World of Pixar.. Up is a pixar movie. Should have been a Mary Poppins themed ride. Much better for that location.

I really don’t want to complain about more rides at DAW, but another off the shelf carneval ride wit some stickers on it feels very cheap…

Great video!! Good that you said once more that it won't be a Splash clone, way too many seem to think it. And 3 across seating sounds like a dream for single riders!

I appreciate that WDS needs to be the priority, but it is unbelievable that the last new attraction in Parc Disneyland was in 2006...and that was a retheme

I've always thought it would be a great attraction like Peter Pan, using real scenes and screens to simulate going through the sky. People would sit in a sofa or house.
