Brantford has a night life, you just gotta know the right spots. You seem like you’d enjoy Hudson public. It’s right on harmony square and there’s food and drinks. Down the road there’s the rose and thistle which is an English style pub with karaoke night every Monday and Thursday, and further down the road there is legends billiards & lounge if you’re interested in a pool hall. There’s also Two doors down on market street which usually has live music on weekends, and next door there is Brando’s which is a nightclub on weekends, but during the week it’s a nice bar with karaoke. My personal favourite place is two doors because it’s where a lot of up and coming artists play. Last October there was Gnar fest which had The dirty nil play at.

Brantford definitely has some great offerings that are often overlooked and underrated. Love the trails and nature we're surrounded by. The affordability and distance to GTA and other great amenities makes it highly desired!! Thanks for these videos!!

Brantford has some of the best pizza in this province. Maria's Lucianis, Strombolis with the brick oven sauce. Pizza Roma, dont forget Gigis panzorotti.. Manns distillery is always a good stop too. But I know atleast 5 friends that were born here moved to GTA and still ask me to bring pizza when I visit from Brantford.

Having worked in the Brantford and surrounding communities for over 30 years and; having lived in Brant County for almost 20 years, I would say you have given a fair representation of the area. Like any community, Brantford has it's "issues". It does, however, have a number of things going for it to the point I would say the "pluses outweigh the minuses".

I left my hometown of Brantford in 2011..I wont be going back..its a stagnent cesspool..just like the Grand River
