Mainland China has marked a new milestone in its fight against COVID-19. For the first time since the outbreak began, no new deaths have been reported. The number of new infections is also down, with 32 fresh cases all involving travellers from overseas. China's tally stands at more than 81,000 cases, and the death toll has passed 3,300. Health authorities have turned their attention to asymptomatic patients, or those who show no symptoms but can still pass on the virus. Meanwhile, Wuhan, the epicentre of the outbreak, will allow people to leave the city on April 8, after more than two months under lockdown.
