What is the difference between nutrient density & calorie density? You may have heard the terms "calorie-dense" and "nutrient dense" get tossed around a lot in the health community. You've probably even seen them used interchangeably... but they DO in fact have DIFFERENT meanings! Recently you posted a short about supplements; combined with this video there is a question that comes to mind. Bit of back story so it makes sense. I recently joined a program that focuses on macros and I have a hard time getting enough protein to meet the recommended macros. A fellow member of that program suggested a collagen supplement because it has a good portion of protein in it. Do you have an opinion on collagen supplements?
