I think you confused the S and the E. The E has replaceable bands, while the S has GPS built into the bands. That is my understanding.

I think your wrong on which model has the interchangeable bands. On the kickstarter website it says the E has bands you can change and the S has the GPS in the band.

I'm screaming that she called the E the more premium one when the E is actually the 99$ one and the S is the 119 one lol. On that note, I got the E because I actually think it looks a lot better than the S (and being cheaper is great).

I'm wondering whether to start with one of these or go straight for a Gear S3. I hate that there is no news on a Gear S4.

I am definitely getting one of the two. But I am at an impasse about which to choose. Should I get the E for removable bands? A potential point of mechanical failure, but could be nice to swap out for leather straps when you require a more formal look.

Or the S for the better GPS (I am not a serious athlete and therefore don't require the more accurate GPS)? Basically which look do you guys prefer? I feel like the S has a more bezel-less appearance lending to a cleaner look. Do you think the screen is quoted as being bigger merely because of the outer perimeter?

I think you changed. The "e" is the "s" and the "s" is the "e"

I recently acquired the Ticwatch E and I like it for the most part. However I can't get the Lock Screen to work. (In Settings under Personalization. ) It's purpose is to prevent unauthorized access to the watch when it is removed from the wrist. Mine doesn't do that. Even though I have set it up with a pass code, access to all functions, settings, text messages, etc. is still available when I take it off my wrist. Is this a known problem with the Ticwatch E or do I have a defective one?

Just bought an asus zenwatch 3 a few months ago or I would have considered these. Zenwatch looks a bit better than these, I am a bit disappointed at the speed of Google assistant after the 2.0 upgrade and you said these were quicker at that hmm
