A few constructive ideas.

1. Neut one logi, kill other
2. If target is less than 15k away, and you need to snap kill them, dont freaken turn on fighter mwd, you will have 10 seconds of bad hits cause of tracking issues. You alert the target they are primary so they get reps and then dont apply
3. Id suggest AB, you arent ever gonna outburn a ceptor with a mwd, but you can mitigate alot of damage from big targets if you are moving. And no cap penalty

They seem to keep up rather well with reps.
Neon skin looks good, i currently use the Hunters Quiver, and picked up Glittering dream damn good looking :) good fight.
