While we have'nt changed our appetite for red meat for generations, the stuff cows eat has changed! They are fed, treated with all sorts of dangerous stuff! Actually nyama choma(grilled or roasted) cannot be worse than the nyama we cook in our own homes, stuff like cow offal (matumbo) if i spelt that right, very dangerous, very fatty but still a delicacy, if not for the price, many would eat it every frickin day!

Cancer has 50% mortality in Kenya. This is attributed to lack of affordable cancer treatment facilities which the common mwananchi can access. And this incompetent government doesn't see the need to prioritize the health industry to combat the rising cancer threat.
