I kind of saw this coming but I'm mad anyways, if he was just concerned about her he could have said it in a different way instead of shaming her like that. He rejected her and has no right to speak to her like that. I hope we get to see a real genuine apology next episode.

Gallo just jealous because Violet moved on from him and she's right he was the one that rejected her because he had a girlfriend at that time but still he just wants her because she starting like Hawkins and now that she has him he's even more jealous well said 👏 👏👏👏 Violet and she's right, Gallo was also right by saying that they could get into serious trouble after all he is her boss.

gonna be honest after reading the comments I gotta disagree with general opinion of he's wrong he rejected her. 1) he rejected her because he himself was in a relationship 2) having a relationship with your boss has always and will always be a bad idea he might have said it better but he's still correct and finally 3) It's rather hypocritical to lecture him for jelousy when she did nothing but be jelous of him and kara. so overall there's to sides to the arguement but in gallo's shoes I'd phrase it better I'd be giving the same advice
