A lot of these heroes feel very thrown-together without a clear idea of either what role the character is intended to play or even how all of said character's skills play together. Especially the first few.

Jade is... A mess. A short-range pistol with Reinhardt's Firestrike, Zarya's Barrier and Reaper's ultimate. I don't see the point of adding a new character if all you're going to do is duplicate existing skills.

Riccochet is a decent idea, but also very messy. He has the Goo Gun from Unreal Tournament, Widow's Grappling Hook and an Ultimate that's very likely to go to waste. He also seems to lack an alt-fire, which I generally dislike. There's potential in there, but he's undercooked.

The same goes for Lyra, as well. She's basically a modified Ana minus the healing. A sniper with sleep darts, and a really weird NLOS ultimate that feels incredibly cheap and impossible to stop. Yes, having a pet owl is unique, but I don't see it as unique enough to justify yet another sniper in the game.

The last two, though, I agree with. Rescue is cute and an interesting design. Basically a non-standard healer, though I worry about her healing mechanic. You'll need a skill to grab health packs instead of healing off of them, and smart players are already using those. You might end up competing with your team for for resources, which is never good if your goal is to help them with those resources. The rest of her kit is pretty decent, though. An escape/pushback attack, an AoE buff and a speed boost - this makes Rescue a better "fast" character than Riccochet.

I outright LOVE Zameen, personally. This is a great example of thinking outside the box and creating a character who both has skills the game doesn't feature and plays a role nobody fills. Area denial is a GREAT tool for a defensive hero, and currently Torbjorn is about the only one who manages that to any real extent. And even then, it's done by proxy. Being able to drop poison on a chokepoint or a control point and essentially chase off the enemy is a really smart move. Not just that, but this is also the only character so far who looks like he "belongs" in Overwatch visually and thematically.

I have to agree with Force on this one. Zameen sounds almost ready to be in the game as-is.

Rescue and Zameen are perfect, they're so well considered and balanced. The other ones especially ricochet just seem OP and reek of fan-make =/.

Want there to be a vampire based character, one that uses attacks that drain the blood of their enemies to restore their health using unethical pseudo science technology, they could probably be a forgotten crusader who survived the battle in Eichenwalde but assumed dead and now resides in the shadows of the castle as the self proclaimed lord of the abandoned village, perhaps Balderich Von Alder himself to add depth to the story
