I'm not going to lie, at first I couldn't keep a straight face - the uniforms, the plunging necklines, the wiggling hips, the fabric bracers.... the goat!
However, that drill is tight! They are marching at a fast speed, keeping formations, rifles straight... it's actually impressive. Respect!

The explanation of this preference of marching is that more than 120 steps a minute in a march requires immense athleticism and synchronization event you do it for a few minutes. Remember, race-walking is an Olympic sport. And these soldiers are doing that in coordination and carrying arms. this looks funny but also is an athletic and military performance.

I kinda feel bad that these guys get called gay so much. Their uniforms have a genuine meaning, and they are Spain's elite, but they get so much shade by the international military community over their dress that people don't acknowledge how strong they are as soldiers.
