sambo really is a great martial art, the throw shown here are so intuitive once you understand how they work. You can really see why it's a military martial art, it's smooth and efficient

Great to see you collabing with Vlad again. My favorite throws are Uchi Mata and Tai Otoshi if I get the underhook. Nice tip on the head placement to prevent being thrown first.
