As a part of extra curricular projects, i decided to make a homemade remote using Atmega328p Micro-controller IC. When we push a button on our remote, it sends some code to the device with the help of IR transmitter led. It does that by rapidly blinking the IR transmitter led on our remote, we can't see the IR Transmitter blink because it is not visible to the human eye, but a camera can catch that blink.

To find out the code that has been sent by the remote, we are going to use an IR receiver with the Arduino. After getting the code next step would be to write a program and in the If statement of a button, we need to send those code.

By this method, we can clone any IR remote we want.

Components:

1) Arduino uno
2) Atmega328p Micro-controller IC
3) IR Receiver
4) IR Transmitter
5) 9 to 5 volt converter
6) Led , Resistors ,crystal
7) Cables and connectors
8) Push button ,
9) Zero PCB
10) Soldering wire
