this week was one of the most challenging and yet anchoring weeks I've had in a very long time. Not to be dramatic but I feel like I'm coming home to myself in a way that's felt lost since I was little?
is this getting too mushy?
will my intuition find that clarity?
will I ever drink coffee again?
what will Australia be like?
we still have so many questions to answer... so I guess I'll see you next week then ✨

Wow, this vlog really made me cry. I have been struggling with no makeup since for some reason everytime I put makeup on I no longer recognize myself, it makes me feel so uncomfortable. So, I'm on day 5 of no makeup, I feel prettier then ever but still so insecure. It's really a struggle especially what we've been told what "pretty" is. I've been really trying to figure out what I'm supposed to be doing or where I belong, I'm a stay at home mom and lost my own identity, this past year has been a learning process. Clarity truly is a great thing to seek. I've been saying I need to travel to somewhere to really truly find myself but you're absolutely right, you dont need to go anywhere to do that. You are shining through. I'm excited to see the rest of this. 💜💜💜

It was really hard to watch you get upset about yourself. I look up to you so much. You have just travelled by yourself to a new country, and took initiative to sign yourself up for something you’re interested in, and then actually gone through with it even when you deal with anxiety AND then meet a load of people you don’t know . That’s insane! I’d be terrified and you did it! We all get hard on ourselves but you are so amazing and there’s so much to be proud of yourself for ... this goes for everyone reading this too !
