Tennessee vs. Louisville Game Highlights | 2024-25 ACC Men’s Basketball

The Louisville Cardinals dropped a tough game to #12 Tennessee, 77-55. Reyne Smith was the leading scorer for the Cardinals with 18 points coming off the bench. Noah Waterman pitched in 10 points including three 3-pointers. Tennessee was led by Chaz Lanier and Zakai Zeigler who scored 19 points each.

As a Louisville fan, we really needed this game. Playing against one of the top defensive teams in the country has given us a lot of film to study. Tennessee really scouted us well and shut down some of our tendencies. Zeigler and Lanier were amazing today. I hope they HAMMER uk when they meet up! This was really awesome to have an opportunity like this for your 2nd game, in front of a packed house. I've seen this before, new team, packed house, lots of PRESSURE. We never gave up and played hard 'til the end. I wouldn't be surprised to see them play really well in the Bahamas away from the hometown pressure and I hope that they do. So KUDOS to Tennessee for a dominant win and for helping us become a better team. 🔥Go CARDS 🔥

Go Big Orange! Chaz Lanier is going to be a special player. Can’t wait to have Darlingstone in the lineup. This team is going to win some games but is still going to struggle at times without a consistent scorer on the block.

That Tennessee defense was tough. Hopefully the cards learn from this loss. If Indiana whoops them then it’s just another shit Louisville team. Hopefully that’s not the case because I’ve grown so tired of having a bad basketball team.

Why did Louisville just play inside? Tennessee was letting them shoot 3s. This Louisville team as to much size not to play inside. This need to watch film man.

We are a blue collar program. This doesn’t even look right with a football school beating us like this. It doesn’t look right with us looking like the weaker opponent IN the Yum Center
