son laminas especiales para hidro impresión, hay cientos de diseños. El aerosol es activador, mezcla de disolvente y xeleno. un saludo!

You don't need that activator.  When he puts the film in the water it is being spread apart since the film is oil.   You have to spray water on top of the film to make sure it all spreads even.  That's all he had to do.  You guys don't need to buy no activator. 

Just spray water on top of it.

you wash a slimy film off of the part then let it dry and clear coat it so it won't come off as easily.

looks like that is the cheap chinese film I saw it expand when you dipped nice overall look at the end
