Yes I love this feature and have been using for a long time, I have dyslexia and some times no matter how much I try I forget how to spell some words. So I just tap the key twice and say what I need, then I realise my mistake and then I know how the spell it my brain just wouldn’t let me and end up in the corner and cry. But I still be lost if I didn’t have this feature, thanks Apple but couldn’t you be a bit less of an A-hole when it comes to right to repair.
It is one of things I am great at as a dyslexic Brian is connected differently so both hemispheres are more interconnected which is why it is harder for us to spell as the creative side just takes over and overrides the logic and spelling hemisphere. The great thing is that as the logic and creative sides are more interconnected I can work around problems quicker and see thing that other just can’t.
Fun fact it is one of the reasons Albert Einstein was so great at seeing the problems and Solutions as he too was dyslexic.

F5 is a dictation key with a microphone symbol on it… so…

... or you could use the F5 key with the little microphone on it. I've found it to be more reliable than a Shortcut.
