I pulled the report. He didnt direct one comment towards her at all. He said "how would she feel if she had a weapon directed at her" like our troops in harms way, in a speech discussing the importance of ENDING wars. But since Cheney likes to START wars and profits from war, this was twisted and everyone was gaslit. Yawn.
