❤thank you sir...wishful thinking that all lawyers are like you but to do so is only fantasy...to be honest...in our place lawyers and the profession has become liars and merchants or brigands...such a sad and bitter reality...and how did it become like this?!? where is now the lawyer's prayer?!?😢😢😢

Hi, Sir. May question po ako. Can different lawyers from same Legal Clinic represent both parties in the same case without written consent? Sa may Sec 20 po ng 2nd par., sabi po kasi is atty-client relationship is between lawyer and client. So hindi po siya client ng Legal Clinic? Kasi kay PAO, sec 22, ini-specify na kailangan ng written consent. For confirmation po kung tama intindi ko😅.
