The music is like the conductor has dyslexia and is commanding the instrumentalists wrong as a result.

Tundain should've just used the original tracks for the hack. The music being offkey actually gave me stress out of annoyance.

Cool things in this mod. The ship crash lands. The Sovas drop lava/Fire like the X parasite Sovas do.

The soundtrack is oddly unique. I've recreated some of Super Metroid tracks, and It sounds like it's playing in reverse, and I don't mean played from end to start, but like every instrument is playing the notes in reverse or altered. Honestly, that's pretty clever!

This music is the equivalent of trying to punch in your dreams. I'm grinding my teeth because of how annoying it is, and somehow that has more structure than these tracks. And I know that sounds mean to the creator, but if anything he should be proud of creating the audio equivalent of PT, as I dread having to listen to more of this.

AMAZING hack though, I love the premise alone. He did a really good job

I love how regular enemies are harder than vanilla. The bosses are harder too, in a good way (although Subversion does that better). The two new bosses are very interesting (the final boss puts up good fight). The new item (jetpack) is great, as it is useful even after you get Space Jump and such. I thought the lack of X-Ray is a pain, but it turned out that all hidden items have some kind of hints if you pay attention to the environment. This game was really well done.

Downsides is that the first boss (Ridley) is just quite hard, not just because of the narrow room, but because you lack the resource (no E-tank, max 10 missiles). And unlike other bosses, you can't refill any of the life/missile, because Ridley doesn't use any attacks that you can destroy.

now this is the first proper hack I've seen, speed and loading area look faster too, never a fan of this game but this looks, plays and sounds better.
