This reminds me of growing up 50 years ago. Our Bassett would howl every time the volunteer fire department siren would go day or for 14 years, bless his heart. This brings a smile to my face!

Every Saturday at noon, the tornado siren goes off. Baxter would make sure he was outside and start to howl with the siren for 4 full minutes. It has been 2 years since we had to put him down, but I swear I can still hear him howling from time to time. I guess I am still missing that boy.
