Miz is doing his job perfectly.
When you're a heel you have to truly tap into that role.
Unlike most of the so called "top heels" who can't get the crowd to hate them no matter what they do.
That sounds like a compliment but it is not.
A heel should be booed not cheered.
Eddie Guerrero was amazing at this.
He was so well respected when he was a face
but when turned heel, he got the entire arena to hate his guts.

True heel heat. No one else on the roster has this. KO gets cheered. Rollins gets cheered. Only the Miz gets boo'd and is a heel. at a time when no one believes in good guys and bad guys, the Miz delivers. What a promo this was.

True what he said, just for that heel thing he said everyone took recognition to him being a champion. He can be a spokesperson, they had no one to be IC title so they gave it Miz. Defo deserves more

This was one of the best serious promos ever. Really reminded me of why I loved Punk when he was still there.
There are so many opportunities with this feud. No matter if he loses his title or not, Miz could prove himself, or stay the same, his character could change in a major way. I'm also glad it's Dolph he's feuding against, because they have quite a few similiarities. Both were not Indy guys (although Dolph has an actual amateur background), both have been workhorses for more than a decade, both rarely get injured, both were undervalued midcarders. I hope they don't screw this up.
