$110 billion for roads and bridges isnt nearly enough. Remember when they rebuilt the Pearl Harbor Memorial bridge in New Haven on I95 back about 10 - 15 years ago? That one bridge alone cost $800 million. Today that bridge will cost well over $1.5 billion. There are literally 1000's of bridges that size in the US (and many, many much larger bridges) and most are in dire need of repairs or rebuilds. $110 billion is a band aid on a bullet wound.
