Finally it came out with the newer logo even though I still had the recorded logo when I saw Bullet Train in theaters. At least it about time.

Although the 1993 Columbia Logo is the base for this (and still being used, albeit tweaked with updates every few years.) it still lives on. The updates probably tend to keep the logo fresh.

This Columbia torch lady, along with a 2006 cloud background version of the 1993 background remains unchanged for 2022. Except the new cloud transition from the Sony logo, and the new light rays from the torch is new. Like in the original 1993 logo, the left and right sides of the clouds are stretched, and the "Columbia" text, Sony byline, along with torch lady zooms out a little. (which only use for 2.35:1 scope variant). For 1.77:1, and/or 1.85:1 ratio films, the 2022 version of this logo is normal.

This is the actual version of 2022 Sony and Columbia Pictures logo, which would be used for future movie release starting with The Equalizer 3.
