This is stupid. Yes the clone impregnate his wife but its not a 100 percent him the baby is a mixed of both the clone and her. This is just writing for drama.

This is an illogical concept. Jamie can only absorb exact copies of himself. His wife has entirely different DNA, so the baby, even if conceived by a clone, is a completely new person.

The story is good for drama but bad for the logic / in-canon story lore.

It makes no sense but if he did adsorb his child, you would think that would unlock some new abilities. He not only absorbed something that wasn’t a physical copy of him, it didn’t even have the same DNA. He should be able to absorb more things now or be able to create non copy duplicates. This should mutate his power considering how unusual the circumstances are.
