I swear to God, and I mean this in the nicest way possible, I'd want him as my husband. This man is so knowledgeable and he continues to give us these high quality, clear and detailed videos for free. He does not sell out, or get greedy and he has been doing this for years! My silly comment in the beginning is just to drive home how valuable he is, I know he is married :D

I've had migraines for 15 years. It's hell. I've researched a lot on how to stop them and this is by far the most expertly concise thing I've ever seen on migraine. Well done.

I suffered from migraines for over 40 years, 2 to 5 severe migraine episodes per week. People that suffered from migraines can relate to chronic excruciating pain, nausea, vomiting & loneliness. I had to stay in a pitch dark room alone, quiet & cool due to sensitivity to lights, smell, alcohol, noise and many forbidden foods.

I'm glad to get more information from Ninja🙂

These vids are great. I send them to patients to watch. As a physician who is also a migraine sufferer, it grates on my nerves when people describe headaches as migraines when they're clearly not. "I got a full-blown migraine at the concert but I stayed anyway bc it was such a great show, " or, "I have a migraine right now, but I still have to run a bunch of errands, so I'll just push myself." When I hear people say these kinds of things, it's clear that what they're experiencing is not a migraine. I worked at a university and had the school's policy's changed; their rules and regulations once read, "Minor illnesses are not acceptable reasons to miss an exam, for eg. colds, food poisoning, migraine headaches." Can you imagine sitting an exam with a migraine? Or with food poisoning? It's challenging to suffer with something so common, yet so misunderstood.

If I end up graduating pharmacy school, I owe it 100% to you and your amazing videos. You have taught me more and better than any professor I've ever had. You are the only reason I've gotten through these last 3 years and the second I get an actual adult job one of the first things I'm going to do is financially contribute to this channel because you deserve so much for everyone you've helped and for how fantastic of a teacher you are!!! Thank you so much for everything and especially for the time and energy you've put into these videos!!!

After 7 years of headaches and visiting way over 10 doctors, finally I got triptans, ergots and anti-seizure for trial last week for the first time. I wanted to understand how they work and found this video. Now I am just angry how come no doctor gave me such basic magraine medicine for 7 freaking years.
Amazing, clear content - love it!

I love your videos! They help me so much. I study pharmacy, but i had to take a break due to another severe major depression episode. This time, one of my symptoms was forgetting almost all I learned about drugs :( and many other things. Your videos are so helpful, you can't even imagine!! THANK YOU! 💛💚💙

Buy a cefaly. Which is a trigeminal nerve stimulator worn on the forehead. I use it for 20 minutes a day everyday. It's gotten rid of the both the pain and the severity of my migraine attacks. You can also use it on the hour long abort setting if you have a migraine.
