I remember stumbling across this song one summer night things weren’t the best, my anxiety had got the best of me and I was freaking out. I clicked this song and right away judging by the first beat I knew it was perfect, I related to every lyric and from then on used the coping skills hinted in the song. Now, whenever a panic attack happens I play this song and it helps me calm down, and know that I’m not alone in this experience either.
