Russell Westbrook and his long-time agent Thad Foucher have split due to "irreconcilable differences." Foucher suggested there was no longer full alignment with Westbrook about whether the former MVP should want to stay with the Los Angeles Lakers. His belief is Russ’ best option next season is to stay with the Lakers and embrace the role new coach Darvin Ham has in mind for him. Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe talk Russell Westbrook.

“How does Russ’ reported disagreement over the Lakers impact Lebron?” Wtf what kinda question is that 😂

His agent's last words were: " Do you think I can get you a pay raise after last season?"

The fact that Russ’s agent wants him to stay but Russ wants to leave, and they split up after FOURTEEN YEARS due to the disagreement…speaks volumes. He clearly doesn’t care about going to a 4th team in 4 years. How unwanted he feels in LA is killing him, and he has never had his pride snatched out of his chest like this before. It’s sad, but it’s for the best.

I hope this agent gets an Academy award for being able to keep a straight face while telling these NBA owners that Russ will win them a championship.

The Shop is what happened. Bron realized Russ and the front office were getting to comfortable and he had to make sure both of them knew he didn’t want to play with Russ again.

Shannon: 14:31 'Michael and Kobe, their athleticism, they couldn’t levitate and stay in the air for 10s'
DAMN‼️💯

Real hoopers predicted this a long time ago during Russ’s OKC days.. once his athleticism declines he’ll have nothing to fall back on because he can’t shoot. Idk why people are acting so shocked lol

Greatest question in sports media: How does this affect Lebron's legacy??

Westbrick is as delusional about him not being the problem as Skip is delusional about the Cowboys winning the superbowl every year 😆

Westbrook was on this path before he joined the Lakers. It’s just unfortunately he got sent to a team with real expectations now he’s getting exposed

When it comes to what Shannon Sharpe said around 14:05-14:19, I disagree with what he said around 14:15-14:19 & 14:56-15:09, respectively & agree with what he said around 14:05-14:14.

The way I see it, so long as Russell Westbrook can still suit up, take the court & go, that's really all that ultimately matters, in the end...

Russ could very well be about to play his last season in the NBA.

Skip and Shannon Sharp, the jig is up for Russ. It's like the poet said, "The past is an epoch that can never return, the future is one that can never be reached, it is in the present moment that all we seek and hope for can be obtained." Russ didn't expand his game. It's not a roster in the league, with a starting point guard that can't shoot a spot up. So, there's no sympathy for Russ. Matter of fact, sympathy in the NBA is a counterfeit emotion for a sucker. I'm old enough to remember when Magic, Jason Kidd, Ja Morat and others could not shoot a lick when they came into league. But they all did the Micheal Jackson and went and look at, " The Man in the Mirror." And went and got respectable 3pt set shots. Russ has had 14yrs in the league to address this fatal flaw in his game. Now, it's time to get real. Russ showed up as Brody and became known as Westbrick, wearing a dress and Crip Walking the ball up the court. These are his sins and the Basketball Gods are seeking retribution. In Chicago the old head playground dudes use to say, " Be true to the game and the game will be true to you."

I hate when people make it seem like Russ didn’t come to the lakers and sacrifice for the better of the team, just because it didn’t work doesn’t mean he Didn’t try this past year Russ set more off ball screens then he did in all his first 13 season COMBINED he also cut back door this past season more than he did the first 13 years COMBINED and he had his lowest usage rate since he 2nd year in the
